Answers to Common Questions
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Open Air, you can return your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased online can be returned online or at Open Air retail stores within 60 days of purchase.
Items purchased in an Open Air retail store must be returned in-store within 60 days of purchase.
Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within 60 days of purchase.
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
Items must be unused and unwashed.
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Please complete the enclosed return form and place it in the package you're returning. Please use the enclosed shipping label and keep the tracking number for your records. Drop your return into any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox. If a FREE shipping label was not enclosed, simply sign in HERE then print one or contact Customer Service at 1-888-410-0907 to have one sent to you. Please keep the SmartPost tracking number on your enclosed shipping lable for your records.
CAN I SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Currently, orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the 50 states. Openair.com does not ship to APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses.
CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. Â
Please note you can return your order within the 60 day delay mentioned in our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal, and Open Air gift cards.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Available from $10-1,000, Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable at openair.com and Open Air Retail Stores.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s), and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times are not guaranteed. For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below:
3 day : 3-4 business days
2 day : 2-3 business days
Overnight : 1-2 business days
In-store pick-up: 3-4 business days
